1About this policy

This policy applies when a car you buy from Baba Luxury Car (“Baba Luxury Cars”, “we”, “us”), B-2, Emaya Mall, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi 110063, is delivered to you, rather than collected from our showroom. It sits alongside our Terms and conditions.

2Where we deliver

We deliver across India, from Kashmir to Kanyakumari: to your city, your home or your office.

3What delivery costs

• Delivery is charged on top of the price of the car. The charge depends on where the car is going.
• We tell you the delivery charge before we arrange anything, and nothing is arranged until you agree to it.
• If you collect the car from our showroom in Paschim Vihar, there is no delivery charge.

4When the car reaches you

Please look the car over when it arrives, and tell us at once if anything is not as it was when it left us.

5Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
